President Obama has picked his puppy, a Portuguese water dog named Bo. However, Bo is reported to have been a gift from Senator Edward Kennedy, and is thus not a rescue dog.Bo has apparently made no "toileting errors" nor has he gnawed on any White House furniture, thanks to extensive conditioning from Senator Kennedy's army of dog trainers.
