The BBC reports that recently two pygmy sperm whales got confused and kept beaching themselves in New Zealand. Conservation Officer Malcolm Smith had tried to get them to go back into the sea, but to no avail. Then Moko, a well known local dolphin, came along; she somehow communicated with the whales and led them off to deep water, saving their lives.More
