So here's what I bought in Nottingham:
Kate Bush "Aerial"
The Fall "50,000 Fall Fans Can't Be Wrong"
Cornershop "Hold On, It Hurts"
Joy Division "Substance"
Ramones [first album]
v/a "Keeping The Faith: a Creation Records Dance compilation"
AND: a double DVD set of public information films.
Look forward to the usual boring reviews.

Are these public information films an Irish, British, and/or Euro thing? I cannot think of anything to compare them to here. Do they show them in compulsory school? Or do you catch them on the tv?
They are basically ads that the government put on TV to advise people against doing stupid things. A favourite on Irish TV was all about how to lift things up properly.
People are more sensible now, so public information films are less common.
