Good Dog Rescues Woman From Killer Kanga
The BBC reports that the pet dog of Mr Darren Neal had to intervene when his mother, Rosemary Neal, 65, was being attacked by a furious kangaroo. Had it not been for the dog (whose name or picture is not included in the article), Mrs Neal would most likely have been killed. A reason for the attack is not given, but the marsupial maniac might have thought that she was involved in plans to cull the ubiquitous bouncing animals, who are not normally known for aggressive acts towards people.
