I am adjudicating a game of Diplomacy. This is the boardgame based on the timeless wisdom of political realism (this might be a more informative link). Here is a map showing the situation, with the next turn being spring 1904:
Two of the countries are being played by siblings. Can you guess which two?
Yes. If you mean the siblings. Other than that, no.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention that three of the players dropped out in the Fall 1901 and Spring 1902 and were replaced by others, one of whom was a sibling to an existing player. See if you can guess the three countries that had changes of government, as well as the two siblings.
ReplyDeleteAndrew F, your guess?
Changed Ger, Aus, It (as they are doiing worst). Siblings It and Tur (as Tur has a knife into It). Diplomacy is so much easier to understand than the Crusades.
ReplyDeleteAndrew S, you got two of the replacements right, but none of the siblings. It was Germany, Austria, and Italy who were replaced (in that order, I think). Germany and Russia are the siblings.
