Waters said he moved it from Tel Aviv to "show solidarity with the voices of reason of Israelis and Palestinians seeking a non-violent way for a just peace between the two peoples". Pompous, perhaps to assume he could do so where more-qualified folks have failed, but bringing 50,000 people together for the event (and only 117 returned tickets when the venue changed) is pretty good work.
